PLAYMOBIL makes journalists feel like a child again
We regularly send out press releases about Playmobil playsets and organise editorial tours when there is reason for it (for example in the case of the ‘football stadium’ on the occasion of the World Cup or the playset ‘athletes’ for the Olympic Games). Could we also generate media attention in another way, which is more focused on the brand ‘Playmobil’?
A visit to the factory in Dietenhofen and to the Playmobil FunPark in Zindorf (close to Nürnberg) seems ideal to us to let the journalist get captivated by the Playmobil experience. We determine beforehand with Playmobil what type of media we would like to reach (per language) and how many journalists we should invite. When contacting the selected media we try to put together a balanced group that will accompany us on the press trip. We make sure that everything will go as planned and we guide the journalists with the topics they want to discuss. We offer a follow-up and will make sure that no question remains unanswered.
Numerous articles in the most important Belgian newspapers, magazines and TV reports (e.g. Ketnet and RTBF) on a product that is perfect for image processing.
