Convincing the consumer of a new Belgian fish species
We were asked by ANOVA Seafood to introduce the story of a new fish species in Belgium. The angle of the story was to win the consumers’ trust, which would result in the consumer wanting to get to know the product and eventually buy it at the retailer.
Since it concerns a brand new product that needs a lot of explanation, we were absolutely convinced that a press tour was the perfect approach for this client. A master chef prepared, for this special occasion, several dishes with the smoked Claresse. We let the curious journalists taste these culinary creations during the press tour. While the master chef was preparing the dishes, the marketing manager of ANOVA Seafood told the story behind the brand new fish species.
